'Tango' by Santie Cronje, was created using a combination of brush & palette knife in a mainly muted colour pallette apart from the bold blue vase. Inspired by objects from her Studio the piece has alot of movement as if the flowers are dancing in the breeze.

Artist Bio
Santie Cronje is a multi disciplinary Artist and Gallery owner of Deciduus & Santie, with her horticulture partner Shane Berger. As a visual storyteller her paintings are closely connected to her life experiences, travels, thoughts and surroundings. Originally from South Africa, New Zealand has been home since 1999.
Santie studied Art at school from age sixteen and completed a Bachelors of Arts at the University of Pretoria (South Africa) in 1994. Her work is held in private collections in New Zealand and abroad.
